Lose weight successfully! The height 165 decreased from 72kg when I graduated from high school to 53kg when I was the thinnest, and it is now maintained at about 55kg. (The one on the left is me ~ Don't show your face in black history)

I grew up from a good snack and less exercise to a proper fat girl. Growing up, I don't know how many people have given me various nicknames: chubby, chubby, panda ... I don't mind, but the fact is nothing to refute. Before graduating from high school, my family refused to lose weight for fear of hurting their health and affecting their studies. It was not until after the college entrance examination that I began to lose weight.

Losing weight in the first month is the most exaggerated. Three meals a day, breakfast and lunch are a cucumber+a boiled egg and a cucumber at night. Besides, don't touch anything and don't drink. Go out to the gym at 2 pm every day and get home at 8 pm. I rode my bike back and forth for 65,438+0 hours on the road, and did various sports in the gym the rest of the time: running, aerobics, yoga, equipment ... as much as I could.

There is always a reward for giving. I lost about 12 Jin that month, but this method pushed my body to the limit, and I was doomed not to last long. The speed of losing weight after gradually returning to diet is greatly affected, especially in the terrible bottleneck period. No matter how you control your diet and do more exercise, your weight has not changed. You can only stick to exercise and be thinner.

I was working out while others were eating snacks and chasing dramas; I am exercising while others are at the masquerade party; While others are traveling, I am still exercising ... I have developed the habit of exercising, and my life has undergone great changes: acne has decreased, my skin has become clean and firm, my body has become light, my work is full of vitality, and I am full of energy every day. Exercise has also become a way for me to relieve stress. When you encounter something annoying, run twice and sweat, and your mood will be broadened.

The habit of exercise has persisted to this day. No matter how busy I am at work, it is my proudest thing to exercise at least three times a week in the past ten years.
