Stick to exercise, have fewer colds and fevers, sleep better at night, and get up less often at night. Sleep till dawn, wake up refreshed in the morning, and feel dizzy all day long before insisting on exercise. Others feel much more relaxed. At least people say I'm getting younger. Haha, I feel quite proud. Although the figure is not good, because of exercise, at least I got rid of obesity.
