North Square of Bailuzhou Park in Nantang Scenic Area. Wenzhou, referred to as "Ou" for short, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province, a second-class big city, an important trade city in the southeast coast and a regional central city approved by the State Council. Bailuzhou Park is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Jinxiu Road and Fei Xia South Road in Wenzhou, with Jinxiu Road in the north, Fei Xia South Road in the west and Nantang River in the east. Two elegant bridges are connected with Nantang Scenic Area.
