Usually I do some exercise on weekends, because I think keeping healthy will help me study better. Last weekend, it was raining outside, so I decided to go to the gym to exercise. When I walked into the gym, some people were exercising there. A man is doing weightlifting training, trying to lift heavier weights. There are two girls running on the treadmill, neither too fast nor too slow. There is a fitness instructor in the next room, who is teaching some young people to do yoga and making them do some strange moves.
After a few minutes of warm-up, I started running on the treadmill and riding the exercise bike. Both methods are simple and good for most people. I did some dumbbell exercises, sitting chest push, high-tension back muscle training, butterfly chest muscle training, rough stretching, leg stepping, abdominal muscle training and vertical tension training. (Sit chest push, high tension back muscle training, butterfly chest muscle training, thigh stretching, kicking, abdominal muscle training, vertical traction training).
Finally, I calmed myself down and had a rest before going home.
