Why can you stick to the day shift?
I have insisted on difficult but meaningful things. Recently, many friends chatted with me and asked me why I suddenly became so diligent. The headlines can basically be changed every day. In fact, I sometimes wonder what motivates me to keep updating myself every day, not to read much every day, to praise sporadically, or just to record my thoughts and pass them on to friends who feel the same way.

Until recently, I didn't understand what was the driving force of persistence, and I remembered my initial intention to start writing at that time. Some of the things we start to do are to make ourselves better, but often these things that make us better are not so easy, because it is very difficult to break our inherent comfort zone and make ourselves better. The difficulty lies in how to keep doing this difficult thing.

For example, fitness, I believe everyone wants to keep fit to improve their spirits, but how many people can stick to it, one day, ten days, one year, ten years. These difficult but meaningful things are often difficult to persist. All the persistent presentation is a portrayal of our inner strong struggle and the final upward trend. When we are not good enough, we need to constantly change and persist in doing some difficult but meaningful things such as reading, fitness and writing. The accumulated strength is terrible.

Similarly, whether you indulge yourself over time or improve yourself over time, the final result will often be a different embodiment of your living conditions. For myself, the headline insists on the goal of getting better every day because there is an upward trend in my heart. I also look forward to all the partners who have read my headlines, stick to that upward attitude and meet a better self together.
