Changde 13th Middle School is a newly-built junior middle school. Located at Chang Gung Road in the city center, adjacent to hunan university of arts and science, Changde Cigarette Factory and the rear base of Hunan Wuqiangxi Power Plant.

In the 20 18 senior high school entrance examination, our school ranked third among 9 municipal public junior high schools. In 20 10, the total scores of Chinese, Mathematics and English in the senior high school entrance examination in Yoga Yu ranked first in the city. Rui Chen, a graduate of 2008, Jiang Yifan, a graduate of 2009, and Ma Zhiyuan, a graduate of 20 15, were admitted to Tsinghua University after continuing their studies in senior three.
Sun Chun, a school magazine edited by the School Literature Society, won the first prize of the National Excellent Campus Literature Journal.
