Introduction to Wushu aerobics
There are four sets of Wushu aerobics series for primary and middle school students in China, which are divided into nine sections, with 4×8 beats per section. The unified action names are: starting, pulling, opening and closing, kicking, spreading, twisting, pitching, jumping and closing. The action name not only embodies the action characteristics of ideographic characters, but also has the action name of ideographic characters.
