Don't eat too much fruit. Especially out-of-season fruits. Most fruits are cold. A healthy diet must first conform to the laws of nature and eat seasonal food.

Don't go on an excessive diet to lose weight. Spleen and stomach are the foundation of human body. Excessive dieting and weight loss can easily lead to spleen and stomach qi deficiency, which in turn affects human yang metabolism.

Don't abuse antibiotics/traditional Chinese medicine to clear heat and detoxify. These drugs are bitter in taste and cold in nature, and are only suitable for yang syndrome, excess syndrome and heat syndrome. Chinese medicine pays more attention to "three-point treatment and seven-point support". Abuse of bitter cold is easy to attack yang, leading to insufficient yang, and the physique will gradually weaken.

Don't stay up late. Many people go to bed after 1 1 at night, but when it's time to rest, they are still dispersing essence, and the yang will gradually weaken. High-quality sleep is an important way to supplement yang qi. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that normal sleep at night is "Yang enters Yin", and if insomnia is easy to wake up for a long time, it is mostly "Yang does not enter Yin".
