Many people will feel loss of appetite in summer, which will greatly affect the supply of body energy and protein, leading to fatigue during training and slow muscle growth. So why do we lose our appetite in summer? When we eat food, our digestive system will start to work, and the body will use various energy substances to make chemical reactions to produce energy. However, only 20% of energy can be used by the body for work (including absorbing and digesting food, exercising, etc. ), and the other 80% energy can only be emitted from the body to the body surface in the form of heat energy, which causes our body temperature to rise and sweat. Many brothers feel sticky when they sweat, so they don't want to continue eating, even if our stomachs are empty at this time.

In other words, in summer, we feel that the main reason for the poor training state and training effect is that we eat too little.

We can improve the dining environment (eat in an air-conditioned room) or eat low-temperature food, such as yogurt, ice porridge, ice protein powder and so on. At the same time, you can also eat more digestible foods, such as shrimp, fish and beef balls.

Rest is also an important factor. In summer, many brothers didn't have a good rest because of the hot weather, or their sleep quality deteriorated because of mosquito bites. We can take targeted measures (such as turning on the air conditioner, fan, or lighting mosquito-repellent incense), so that we can return to the road of rapid muscle gain.
