1. First, open the WPS file on the computer desktop. The file is in an unknown format, as shown below.

2. Open 2003word from the desktop, click on the toolbar, and then click Options.

3. Then, select the general column in the pop-up dialog box, tick before "Confirm conversion when opening" and click OK.

4. After completing the previous step, now click the link to update the automatic mode when it is opened as shown in the figure.

5. Then in My Computer, select all files to open.

6. After completing the above steps, you can successfully open the WPS file.
