According to the spirit of Wu Bian (2011) No.35, the management committee of Wuxue National Fitness Center decided to openly recruit five staff members of the National Fitness Center for the society. The following scheme is formulated on relevant matters.

I. Guiding ideology

Second, the recruitment positions and places

There are 2 sports promotion posts, high-pressure operation management posts 1 each, low-pressure operation management posts 1 each, secretarial and marketing posts 1 each, and 5 people are recruited. The ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of recruits is greater than 3: 1.

Third, the recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions:

1, sports promotion post

(1) Full-time college degree or above, major in physical education or similar.

(2) Strong sports ability, comprehensive sports knowledge, certain oral expression ability and communication and coordination ability.

(3) Winners of sports competitions at or above the provincial level are preferred.

2, high pressure operation management positions

(1) with full-time technical secondary school education or above, major in electric power, electricity, industrial electrical automation or similar.

(2) Have relevant working experience in high-voltage systems and have the ability to work independently. Able to skillfully control power equipment, manage and maintain power system, and skillfully use common office software.

(3) Qualified as a registered electrical engineer is preferred.

3, weak current operation management positions

(1) with full-time technical secondary school education or above, major in electrical or industrial electrical automation, numerical control technology, computer and similar.

(2) Have the ability to control TV monitoring system, sound reinforcement and sound system, have the comprehensive wiring ability based on computer network application, and be able to manage and maintain computers, electronic screens and sound equipment. Have certain computer operation ability.

(3) Working experience in weak current and computer is preferred.

4. Secretarial and marketing positions

(1) Full-time college graduate or above, majoring in Chinese, secretarial and marketing.

(2) Strong writing comprehensive ability, familiar with common office software.

Fourth, the recruitment method.

In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit-based, closed-book examinations and interviews are adopted to select the best candidates.

(1) examination subjects. The examination is divided into two subjects: basic knowledge and professional knowledge. The written test topic is determined according to 100, in which basic knowledge accounts for 40% of the score and professional knowledge accounts for 60% of the score. The total score of written test accounts for 70% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 30% of the total score.

(2) the content of professional examinations. Sports promotion posts are mainly based on comprehensive sports knowledge; Strong power operation management positions are mainly based on knowledge of electric power, electric power and industrial electrical automation; Weak current operation management positions are mainly electronic monitoring and computer knowledge; Secretarial and marketing positions are mainly secretarial and marketing knowledge.

(3) Organizing examinations
