From the day I was born, I began to have a proud name-China people. From the day I began to speak, the most beautiful sentence I learned was "I love you, China!"

I love you, China, and I am proud to be from China. I am proud that I have beautiful yellow skin, black eyes and black hair. I am also proud that I can speak Chinese, the most beautiful language in the world.

I love you, China, because I can feel your deep love every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit America. During my stay there, my father's boss once invited my family to dinner. When I was there, he looked at me and asked, "Little boy, how long have you been in America?" "About a month," I replied. "You are so lucky!" He said, "If you live in China, how can you learn such perfect English?" I told him proudly with a smile that all students in China can learn English at school. I saw his surprised eyes and said to myself, "China, I am proud of you."
