Article 1: My experience in learning yoga.

I am a quiet person, and I don't like rushing and jumping. I signed up for yoga, in addition to considering my personality, more reasons came from my yearning for beauty. One semester of yoga practice is coming to an end. As a beginner who has never been exposed to yoga before, I have some personal experiences.

First of all, talk about the action design of yoga. According to these movements learned this semester, I think yoga movements have two sources, the simulation of natural phenomena and the natural expression of one's feelings. After harsh natural selection, animals have excellent adaptability to the environment and have a good role in promoting reproduction. Yoga action contains aesthetic feeling and strong effect on the body, which embodies the wisdom of yoga practitioners from generation to generation.

Secondly, let me talk about my understanding of the cultural connotation of yoga. Yoga is based on the principle of three veins and seven rounds, and it regulates the body by training three veins and seven rounds, thus affecting the mood. This movement based on Indian medicine reflects a region's understanding of human physiology. In China, there is a saying that Hua Tuo created the "Five-Animal Show", which may be the similarity between Chinese and Indian civilizations. Higher-level pranayama and meditation have something in common with Zen, but it seems to have something in common with China's thought of "harmony between man and nature". Based on Taoist thought, Tai Ji Chuan paid attention to the unity of man and nature.

As a beginner, I don't know much about yoga. But I have been learning yoga with the mentality of learning an art, and I feel its cultural connotation and beauty from behind every movement. I am satisfied that I can learn so much about the teaching contents and methods of this semester in 36 hours, because the teaching contents are properly arranged and the teachers carefully teach and guide me. If we feel that there is still a little deficiency, we expect the teacher to teach more about the cultural connotation of yoga, which may be due to insufficient class hours and our initial ignorance. This request may be a bit inappropriate.

Speaking of the best experience this semester, I worked as an intern in the Dance Soul Art Center. Feel the beauty of nature with your heart, and integrate your body and mind with nature, which may be what you need when you really practice. I think this semester's study, although it is the role of introduction and foundation, will proceed from this point and try to create conditions for deeper and lower study in the future. Moreover, yoga practice does not need much space and equipment, which is very conducive to regular practice.

Chapter 2: Experience of practicing yoga.

I took yoga in physical education class this semester. In fact, I have studied for a semester before. After two semesters of study, I have a preliminary understanding of yoga and mastered some simple movements and skills. In the process of practicing with teachers and classmates, I deeply felt the charm of yoga, and also let me have some experiences:

1) practicing yoga makes us confident. Psychologically speaking, in the process of practicing yoga, we have done some actions that we couldn't do before through constant persistence and practice, which made us affirm ourselves and believe that we can do it. From the external image, by beautifying the body curve and healthy posture, our whole person has changed greatly from color to shape, and beauty makes us more confident.

2) practicing yoga has taught me the truth that many a mickle makes a mickle. When doing some asanas, we often can't succeed at once. We need to keep practicing and break through our limits again and again. Maybe every breakthrough is small. Maybe we can't be perfect in the end, but we have learned and understood.

3) practicing yoga makes me understand the mystery of the body and makes our bodies healthier. Yoga posture can coordinate muscles, bones, nervous system, endocrine system, respiratory system, excretory system and circulatory system to help each other, effectively massage and regulate internal organs, and keep the human body in a state. At the same time, after regular posture practice, balance and vitality become a normal mental state, and they can face sadness, anxiety and human problems calmly without interference. After practicing yoga, you don't need to sleep for too long. General exercise: let your body move mechanically unconsciously. Make muscles strong, but not balanced. Physical strength is easy to consume, muscles are easy to fatigue, and it takes a long time to sleep to restore physical strength.

4) practicing yoga makes me more focused when I do things, which improves my concentration. Yoga is different from ordinary sports. Yoga must concentrate on consciousness, make the body stand still in a certain posture for a period of time, and achieve the unity of body and mind. So by studying yoga, my mental concentration has also improved.

Generally speaking, after studying yoga for two semesters, I realized the goodness of yoga. I believe and insist that I will not give up learning it in the future, just because it has brought me a lot of experience, although the practice process is full of sweat and difficulties.

Chapter 3: Experience of learning yoga.

Yoga is Sanskrit, and the simple translation is meditation, which has a history of 5 thousand years. Yoga is good. If your heart goes bad, you can't do any yoga. Although there are exaggerated elements, yoga practitioners are really seeking inner peace, getting rid of diseases, cleaning up subconscious garbage, and achieving the effect of self-cultivation. Yoga practice has really benefited people, and it has become a good prescription for decompression and spiritual beauty.

It is precisely because of the advantages of yoga that when I have time to take elective courses next semester, I choose yoga classes without hesitation. For me who don't like physical education class, yoga is my favorite sport. Because it is not as active as basketball and badminton, yoga is a quiet world.

Perhaps, because yoga pays attention to quietness and slowness, in everyone's view, yoga is a low-intensity exercise. In fact, on the contrary, yoga seems calm and doesn't seem to have that much exercise, but practicing yoga is really tiring. It's just a series of warm-up exercises that can make you sweat all over. But it can also prove that yoga can really achieve the effect of fitness.

When I started practicing yoga, my ligaments were tight. In the process of practice, I often feel that my ligaments have been stretched to the limit, but I still can't do standard yoga movements. However, fortunately, Mr. Zhao has been saying, "Do what you can, and don't push yourself too hard to avoid injury." Only then do I know that yoga doesn't have to reach such a high standard, as long as I can do it myself. So I try my best every time and hope to make progress every time.

After a semester of study, I found that my ligaments are getting better and better, and doing yoga is not as difficult as before. I think yoga has changed and shaped me invisibly and gained a lot. In the process of learning, what I enjoy most is practicing yoga to rest, because in the whole process, I will breathe rhythmically to calm myself, relax myself and relieve stress. There is no sound in the practice room with light music. What I feel is the flow of the surrounding air, and what I imagine in my mind is the bright sunshine or light rain outside the window. I feel that I have put aside all other thoughts and only focused on enjoying the relaxation of my mind at this moment. Through every yoga practice, my spirit has been greatly calmed down and calmed down, which makes me feel the charm of yoga more.

Yoga infuses us with health, strength, freshness and tranquility. I love yoga and will continue to practice it.

Chapter Four: My Yoga Experience

In 20XX, an accidental opportunity brought me into contact with yoga. Peaceful music, sweet smile, comfortable environment, its mysterious ancient Indian culture, and the kind of comfort and relaxation stretching on the edge of the limit have brought me different feelings, which made me gradually realize the perfect combination of ancient culture and modern civilization, and also made me more and more fascinated by the magical charm of yoga. This feeling makes me sincerely want to enter the world of yoga and truly understand the essence of yoga.

Due to physical reasons, I had to give up yoga posture practice temporarily after practicing yoga for less than three months, and didn't really step into the overall practice of yoga until 20XX 165438+ 10. After just a few months of training, this process is still quite bitter. At first, there was nothing painless all over the body. With the twisting of the body and the rotation of the joints, you can always hear the creaking sound of the joints. Hehe, it really makes people doubt that I am in my twenties. With the persistence of practice, I see that my body has gradually changed, and sometimes accidents happen. For example, unconsciously, my hands and fingers can touch the ground, my legs can sit on the lotus, and I can persist in tree work for 5 minutes. These really excite me. As the body gradually becomes more flexible, the whole process is "painful and happy". My physical function is much better than before. More importantly, I learned how to adjust my mood.

When it comes to changing your mood, you have to mention yoga breathing. Breathing, the word is so simple and familiar that each of us can't live without it. But many people who would have thought that breathing would bring different changes to the body? Yoga breathing is not a process of practice, but a process of experience. When breathing is messy and unstable, the heart will be restless, but if breathing can be smooth and gentle, the heart will calm down. What kind of breathing has what kind of personality, what kind of personality has what kind of fate, savor it carefully, breathing is not creating fate.

The magical effects of yoga, such as shaping the body, improving temperament and enhancing resistance, have been confirmed in me one by one. How lucky a person is to be able to do what he likes. Chapter 5: Yoga Experience

Yoga is a system that helps human beings to give full play to their potential by raising their consciousness. Yoga posture uses ancient and easy-to-master skills to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities, which is a kind of exercise method to achieve the harmony and unity of body, mind and spirit. Although yoga was originally a tool used by religion to understand the truth, today it tends to be a kind of exercise for peace of mind and fitness.

Yoga was arranged automatically at the beginning, and I studied with an indifferent attitude. However, in the process of practicing yoga, I feel relaxed all over by doing different stretching movements, and my mood remains calm and relaxed.

At the beginning of learning yoga, the teacher introduced us to the general and efficacy of yoga, and every movement should be done to its own limit, so that practicing yoga can be effective. What impressed me deeply was that we all did a basic meditation cross-legged posture at the beginning of the exercise, so that the whole spine went straight down to the coccyx. Keeping this posture can give the brain a full rest and rejuvenate it. The longer the time, the better the effect. After that, I will do neck exercises and rotate clockwise and counterclockwise several times. This action is to reduce head tension, move cervical vertebrae, relax neck muscles and beautify neck curves. Although it is a few basic simple movements, it is also very useful, and it is this small use accumulated in daily life that makes us stronger and more elegant than others. Then there is the sun salute, which is a very important item in our exam content. It consists of eight poses, 12 steps, which can move the spine and stretch the limbs in different ways. Every movement fully stretches the body, promotes blood circulation and exercises the respiratory system, which has a very good exercise effect for beginners. Although I'm a little chubby and tense, after trying my best to complete these movements, I think yoga really needs to be experienced wholeheartedly. Even though the movements are not standard, my body has been relaxed and comfortable as never before. Yoga also makes my body feel much better, which may be because I don't exercise much all the year round. I think practicing yoga will make me more motivated than running and other sports. Yoga depends on persistence. Spend a little time practicing a few movements every day, and I believe you will get something.

While practicing yoga, the teacher also taught us many other things, such as kicking, which is helpful for joints and possible leg diseases in the future, and can also help us to have beautiful leg lines and stovepipe. There are also three steps. It is always useful for girls to know a little dance steps. All these have enriched the content of yoga class and made me feel new about yoga class. Every time physical education class runs 800 meters, it is divided into yoga classes, but before the usual practice, we still go jogging, which is also a way of stretching and a kind of physical and mental exercise. Any exercise is interactive, all for health.

Yoga class allows me to learn yoga, exercise, and at the same time, my spirit has been improved and gained. Now, I'm a little glad I came to the yoga class. This course is worth studying. 16 weeks of study is very short, but it really benefits me for life.
