Originated from the orthodox course of competitive Hu Ping College, the teaching was demonstrated by Russian master Hu Ping himself. Sam, the organizer of the activity, said that he had been groping for the kettle bell movement for many years before he found this training method that directly pointed to the Russian origin of kettle bell. He used to be a boxer and suffered from disc herniation, so he was helpless to go to four major hospitals in Taiwan Province Province. In severe cases, the child can't hold it up, and he often has incontinence. Since he came into contact with the kettle bell movement, he has gradually improved, and now he has completely bid farewell to the above problems. The most famous sport of kettle bell is that it can improve the common diseases of sedentary modern people, such as low back pain and shoulder pain. However, most of the kettlebell courses taught in Taiwan Province Gymnasium now regard it as a kind of training equipment, which fails to give full play to the all-round training function of kettlebell. I have been studying kettle bell training since 20 13, and I have not taken the license for more than ten times so far. However, when he came into contact with the course of Russian Institute of Physical Education in Hu Ling on 20 15, the course coach Chris told him that he didn't do a lot of moves well. After the course, he took part in the competition organized by the college. Compared with coach Chris, 10 minute's snatch and clean and jerk were far worse than the other team, which was a great blow. So after the game, he worshipped Chris as a teacher and studied hard, because he said he wanted to be like these masters.
After studying with coach Chris for one year, on September 20 16, coach Sam and another player who trained together went to Malaysia to participate in the first international championship. Chen won the championship for the first time and he won the third place. This achievement surprised the audience, and Asian countries were deeply impressed by the contestants from Taiwan Province Province. Immediately after returning to China, the first study course of Hu Ling Institute of Russian Athletics was held in June, 5438+00. The seminar was held for the first time last year, which made many professional coaches change their views on the kettle bell movement and let them know the kettle bell movement again. Therefore, this course is very popular. The second session introduced friends to sign up, and the number of participants in the seminar increased to more than 40, and the response was extremely enthusiastic.
Chris, Asia Chief Training Officer of Hu Ling Institute of Russian Athletic, shared training skills. Coach Sam said that the three-day course arrangement is mainly to let students know how to operate the three skills of competitive kettlebells, which are divided into long periods (clean &; Clean and jerk) and short period (jerk/snatch). The course invited two top-ranking Russian kettlebell athletes/trainers, namely 16 world champion record holder Sergei Melcu Lin and nine-time world champion Sergei Latsinski, and Chris, chief trainer of Asian Russian kettlebell training, to give lectures and guidance. This competitive Hu Ping college system was established in Russia. Because Hu Ping originated from the army, most instructors are from the army, so the training content is also very combative, varied and intense, which is very challenging for the coach of Taiwan Province. In the course, besides discussing the correctness and related knowledge of every movement detail in basic training, there are two main links of muscle strength and training of competitive athletes, namely general physical preparation (GPP) and special physical preparation (SPP), so as to find the corresponding training methods for GPP and improve the efficiency of SPP. Under the guidance of the instructor, the course helps students find the key to training, find their own shortcomings, help students effectively exercise and plan the course, and then apply it to their own and customers' training in the future training. In addition to the three head coaches mentioned above, the course is assisted by other heavyweight coaches from Taiwan Province Province, so that students can choose the most suitable training mode from the modes provided by different coaches.
