You can make a wide distance first, that is, when pushing down to the limit, the forearm is basically perpendicular to the ground, which can ensure that most of the strength is concentrated on the chest to increase the width when pushing up. After doing this (group 4), do exercises with hands narrower than shoulders to stimulate the muscles in the deep and inner chest muscles (chest seam). If you can, you'd better buy a push-up stand, which is sold in sporting goods stores or Nike, that is, the kind you put on the ground after holding it.
