What are the processing methods of hardware?
There are no turning, milling, planing, grinding, clamping, stamping and casting methods for hardware processing.
1. Stamping processing: select a pre-made die for stamping, and use a punch for cold stamping processing. The emphasis is on sheet metal processing, that is, the processed materials are mostly furniture plates, which has a high processing effect and is suitable for mass production. It is based on the rotary fitness exercise by clamping raw materials, and the turning tool is processed tangentially or radially. Nowadays, the use of automatic lathes and computer lathes is becoming more and more common.
Because both of them are automatic processing, the precision deviation caused by human factors in actual operation is minimized, and the processing speed is faster for mass production. Nowadays, most computer lathes are equipped with side-turning CNC blades and reverse-turning CNC blades, which means that cutting can also be carried out on lathes. The roughness of the machined surface of lathe is about Ra0.4- 1.6.
What is hardware manufacturing?
Hardware processing is to process raw materials (stainless steel plate, copper material, aluminum material and copper material) into various parts, such as screws, motor shafts, model car parts, fishing gear parts, audio product shells, mobile power supply shells and so on. According to the user's design drawings or samples, use lathes, milling machines, planers and polishers.
Surface treatment of hardware parts:

Generally, lathes account for about 40% of the total number of CNC lathes in foundries. Milling is a specific way of rough machining and semi-finish machining of cylindrical surfaces of various raw materials, and it is also a method of final finish machining of various materials that are not suitable for cutting.
5. When the parts are produced in small batches, the cylindrical surface is generally milled on a common lathe. In mass production, multi-tool automatic lathe or automatic lathe is widely used. Large and medium-sized disc parts should be processed on vertical lathe. Large and medium-sized long-axis parts need to be machined on ultra-heavy vertical lathe.
The characteristics of milling cylindrical surface are:
