The main reason is that we sweat during training. Sweating is mainly the loss of salt in the body, but drinking water with a big mouth will not solve the fundamental problem, but will lead to old WC, so we will drink water with a small mouth instead.

After exercise, our bodies are perfectly matched within an hour, which is when we need to supplement most. We can choose some foods with faster absorption rate, not as good as liquid foods. This is why protein powder should be eaten half an hour after training. A meal after training is more important. We can give priority to carbohydrates, such as rice, steamed bread, oats, sweet potatoes, fruits and so on. Why should you supplement carbohydrates after exercise? Mainly because of the physical energy we consume in training, we don't need carbohydrates as a supplement.
