I want to gain muscle, so I have been eating protein. It doesn't make sense for me to be universal. Fitness is a reasonable and planned training to reduce fat or gain muscle, so as to achieve the effect of reducing muscle fat or improving your muscle gain level over time. What should I do in my daily training? The first is our diet.
For example, I am an office worker and I like fitness very much. I started my training program at home from the nearest gym in the company. I get off work from about 5 to 6 every day. I go straight to the gym after work and then rest at home.
First of all, I will be hungry after work. Should I eat enough before starting training? No, no, we must eat, but not too much. And what we want to eat. 30 minutes before fitness, we should supplement carbohydrates and replenish the energy needed for the next training. If we exercise on an empty stomach, it will lead to insufficient energy, so that the body can break down the protein in our muscles to provide the source of energy.
We can eat some whole wheat bread, cereal, bananas and sports drinks, and then start our training. Then during the training, we sweat a lot, which will make us thirsty. Drinking water will inevitably lead to gulping water. When we are training, we try to avoid drinking water in big gulps and drinking water in small gulps. The main reason is that we sweat during training. Sweating is mainly the loss of salt in the body, but drinking water with a big mouth will not solve the fundamental problem, but will lead to old WC, so we will drink water with a small mouth instead.
After exercise, our bodies are perfectly matched within an hour, which is when we need to supplement most. We can choose some foods with faster absorption rate, not as good as liquid foods. This is why protein powder should be eaten half an hour after training. A meal after training is more important. We can give priority to carbohydrates, such as rice, steamed bread, oats, sweet potatoes, fruits and so on. Why should you supplement carbohydrates after exercise? Mainly because of the physical energy we consume in training, we don't need carbohydrates as a supplement.
