How to work out the exercise intensity that suits you?
Make your own exercise intensity: The National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommends 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every day, divided into three times, each time 10 minute. What is medium intensity? A series of interesting activities such as brisk walking, cycling, swimming and simple labor can be done.

If you think this kind of exercise is not enough, the traditional practice is to exercise at least three times a week for more than 20 minutes at a time within the normal heart rate range.

It is best to combine aerobic exercise with anaerobic exercise. The so-called aerobic exercise is uninterrupted exercise, which can improve the heart rate. During aerobic exercise, oxygen provides energy for the body. These sports include brisk walking, jogging, cross-country skiing, swimming, aerobic dance, using fitness equipment such as bicycles and ball games, including tennis, football and basketball.
