3, latissimus dorsi training-dumbbell bending rowing and dumbbell kneeling rowing.
4, pectoralis major training-narrow distance push-ups and wide distance push-ups and dumbbell reclining push-ups.
5, pectoralis major training-flat push and straight arm clip chest.
6, triceps brachii training-sitting posture reverse flexion and extension, bending arm flexion and extension, tension device down and sitting posture neck flexion and extension.
7, biceps brachii training-sitting dumbbell single arm bending and barbell arm bending and dumbbell hanging bending.
8, waist and abdomen training-hanging legs and weight plates sit and turn. Through the action demonstration and explanation recorded by teacher Yang Ke, it is convenient for students to learn and standardize their exercises after class and improve their physical fitness.
