If you have subscribed to APPle Music, you can also select a list of songs to play at the bottom of the timer interface to add music rhythm to your exercise. If you need to set the timer in more detail, you can also click the gear in the lower left corner to enter the setting interface.

In the main interface, you can see the exercise situation this week, including the total exercise time and exercise times. Through the calendar button in the upper right corner, we can also jump to the calendar interface to see more detailed sports.
