Through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, induction, comparison and logical analysis, this paper studies the satisfaction of marketing ability of my internship in equipment fitness major in our school. Our interns majoring in equipment fitness study their marketing ability in two aspects. The results show that interns prefer fitness instructors with marketing experience, strong will and strong decision-making ability, and interns don't understand my internship needs.
Based on the investigation of some shortcomings in training the marketing ability of interns majoring in equipment fitness in higher education, this paper aims to enrich the training system of marketing ability of students majoring in equipment fitness in China and promote the training of more professional and practical sports marketing talents in China.
