Review of Shijiazhuang Planning Museum
At 3pm on July 22nd, 2009, the company organized a visit to Shijiazhuang Planning Exhibition Hall. Looking at the changes in Shijiazhuang this year, old buildings are being demolished everywhere, and Yuhua Road and Huai 'an Road are all repairing roads and bridges. I know in my heart that Shijiazhuang will face great changes. With a trace of expectation and doubt, I walked into the planning hall. With the commentator's explanation, I have a preliminary understanding of the urban development planning and current situation of Shijiazhuang. Shijiazhuang city has been taking the railway station as the center for many years, and has been expanding around. The rapid expansion of urban scale and increasing urban population have caused traffic congestion and inconvenient management; The extended expansion of the city not only occupies a lot of cultivated land, but also hinders the process of tapping the potential of the old city. The urban layout has changed from a "pie-spreading" centralized layout to a decentralized group structure. The planning centers on the main urban area, and within a radius of about 20 kilometers, urban agglomerations with relatively independent development and different functions will be built to relieve some urban functions and improve the urban environment and traffic. Each group is: Luquan City in the west developed into Shijiazhuang building materials industrial zone; Luancheng county in the south has developed into a pharmaceutical industrial zone; Yu Dou has developed into an industrial zone dominated by chemical and mechanical processing; Zhengding county in the north has developed into a Zhengding historical and cultural tourist area focusing on science and technology, culture, education and tourism; Relying on the eastern refinery to build Qiutou Petrochemical Industrial Zone in Shijiazhuang. Formed a group city form of five satellite cities in the middle and periphery of the main city, "the stars hold the moon." Between groups and between groups and the main city, strictly control a certain range of green isolated spaces such as farmland and woodland, block the connection between groups and the main city, and protect the increasingly fragile ecological environment of the city. Each group communicates with the main city through express transportation facilities such as expressways and urban ring roads, and jointly forms an urban group with clear functions, reasonable layout and convenient contact. In terms of traffic construction, the railway station will move south to the vicinity of the South Second Ring Road. The new railway station is four stories high. After the train enters the city, there will be a 5 km underground tunnel, and a 40-80 m wide green landscape belt will be planned above the tunnel. At the same time, the main indoor roads were overhauled and widened, forming an expressway with Huai' an Road, Yuhua Road and Heping Road as the main ones. Beijing-Zhuhai expressway double-track moved outside the East Third Ring Road. By then, the status quo of urban traffic congestion will be changed. Looking at the various charts of the planning museum and listening to the explanation of the commentator, I am full of confidence in the future of Shijiazhuang. I believe that after three years, Shijiazhuang will undergo earth-shaking changes, it will become more beautiful and powerful, and the environment in which we live will be better. The capital of Li Xiaobin will enter the era of rail transit. According to Shijiazhuang urban rail transit network planning (interim report), the provincial capital will build six rail lines to form a grid network. Among them, there are 3 trunk lines and 3 auxiliary lines, and each line crosses each other. Total length of rail transit line in Yuan Jing central city 166.5km (line length in stone ring 148.8km). 1 line: the east-west backbone line in the central city, laying along Zhongshan Road in the main city. After the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, turn south in the new city, and the line goes south along Kunlun Street to South ten ring. The total length of the line is 26.7 kilometers. Line 2: the north-south backbone of the metropolitan area, starting from Zhengding New District in the north, passing through Zhengding Old Town, crossing Hutuo River along the tourist road and connecting with Binhe New District. After entering the main city along Shengli Street and passing through the North Second Ring Road, the line continues to extend southward along Jianshe Street, passes through Jianshe Road, turns to the new passenger station, passes through the East Square of the new passenger station near the station building, and forms a "T"-shaped interchange station with the east-west Line 3. Then follow Shengli South Street and National Road 107 to South ten ring. The prospect extends to Douyu and Luancheng. The total length of Line 2 is 33.7 kilometers. Line 3: the east-west backbone line of the metropolitan area. Luquan in the west and Gaocheng in the east. In the downtown area, it starts from the West Stone Ring in the west, turns east along Lian Meng Road, turns south to Zhonghua Street, turns south to the West Square of the new railway station, turns east, passes through the station building of the new railway station, turns east along Tabei Road, passes through Jinshajiang Road and Hainan Road, and reserves an extension space to Gaocheng. The central city section of Line 3 is 38 kilometers long. Line 4: the northeast-southwest L-shaped auxiliary line forms a loop with Line 5 at the periphery of the central area. It starts from Beishihuan Road in the north, goes south along the planned road to Jianhua Street, goes south along Jianhua Street to Jianhua West Road, turns west, goes along Jianhua West Road, crosses the railway, turns to Huifeng Road, and extends west to the parking lot outside Xishihuan Road. The total length of the route is 22.6 kilometers. Line 5: "L-shaped" auxiliary filling line, which is linked with Line 4 to form a ring. The northeast end of 1 line ends at the intersection of North Second Ring Road and Gongsi Road of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, goes west to Youyi Street along Huifeng Road and Shizhuang Road, turns south, turns south along Youyi Street, turns to Hongqi Street along Binhe Street on the north bank of Minxin River, and extends all the way along Hongqi Street to the southwest stone ring. The total length of the line is 20.5 kilometers. Line 6: internal filling line. West from the West Stone Ring, along Huai 'an Road to the east, turn to Huai 'an Road at the intersection of Xili Street and continue to the east, cross the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, connect with Minjiang Road in Xincheng District, set up a parallel transfer station at the intersection of Kunlun Street and 1 line, and go north to the new area on the south bank of Hutuo River. The foreground reserves space extending to Zhengding New District and Airport. The central urban area (from west ten ring to south bank new area of Hutuo River) is 25. 1km long. Shijiazhuang city has been taking the railway station as the center for many years, and has been expanding around. The rapid expansion of urban scale and increasing urban population have caused traffic congestion and inconvenient management; The extension of the city not only occupies a lot of cultivated land, but also hinders the process of tapping the potential of the old city. At the same time, the rapid development of central cities restricts the development speed of satellite cities around the main city to some extent. In order to fundamentally reverse this situation and make the main city really embark on the road of intensive development, after careful consideration and many consultations and demonstrations, the urban layout has changed from a centralized layout of "spreading cakes" to a decentralized group structure. In the central part of the main city (including the eastern part of the high-tech zone) and five satellite cities in the periphery, a group city form of "stars holding the moon" will be formed. Between groups and between groups and the main city, strictly control a certain range of green isolated spaces such as farmland and woodland, block the connection between groups and the main city, and protect the increasingly fragile ecological environment of the city. Each group communicates with the main urban area through 107, 307, 308 expressways, urban ring roads and other rapid transportation facilities, * * * forming a city group with clear functions, reasonable layout and convenient contact. It is planned to expand the scope of the four districts in the city, cancel the suburbs and merge them into the districts in the city. Each group, together with the area under its jurisdiction and the main city, constitutes the urban area of Shijiazhuang, and the urban area has been adjusted from the original 307 square kilometers to 1885 square kilometers. .................................................................................................................................................................................. 0 New Beautiful Scenery of the Provincial Capital Part II Planning of the Central City Circle of Shijiazhuang Part I Planning of the Urban-Rural Junction Part II Planning of the Central City Part III Reconstruction and Prospect Planning of the Old City Part III Planning of Shijiazhuang Building an Important Commercial Port in North China Part I Strategy and Task Part II. Optimization of urban layout. Business format innovation. The fourth part of developing modern logistics: the special planning of Shijiazhuang city development. On May 23rd, the sun was scorching, and I didn't rest at noon. My fellow villagers and I, two elderly people in their seventies, took a bus for nearly two hours and watched the Shijiazhuang Urban Planning Exhibition in the Shijiazhuang Urban Planning Museum. Many people watched the exhibition, including old people and middle-aged people. We are no exception. You can see the second and third floors from the first floor. Those who are interested can take a closer look, and those who are not interested can browse. While we were watching it on the third floor, the waiter shouted with a microphone: "Time is up, now clear the room, please go!" " "I haven't seen much. What should I do? I immediately made a suggestion to the waiter: "The tour time you set is too short. We took the bus for nearly two hours for dozens of miles and were driven away before we finished watching it. From 2: 30 to 4: 30, there are only two hours, which is too short. I got off work at 4: 30 in the afternoon, and I have to work hard in the countryside for several hours! Give your leader a reflection. " The waiter readily promised. I put forward my own opinion, and after a cursory reading, I still got something. This plan is very encouraging and will certainly come true in the future. Our Shijiazhuang must be a beautiful city. I remember in July, 2007, after reading the introduction of "Three Years of Great Changes" in Zhao Yan Evening News and the exhibition of "Three Years of Great Changes" in the provincial capital, I wrote, "As a citizen of the provincial capital, I am very encouraged, and I am excited that the residents of the provincial capital can quickly integrate into the modern metropolis and enjoy the modern urban life! "To this end, I also presented a plan and wrote two suggestions, one is" Suggestions on Building Provincial Pastoral Cultural Park "and the other is" Suggestions on Building Provincial Pastoral Cultural Park ". On June 25th, 2007, 10, I personally sent the suggestions to the office of the director of the Municipal Urban Construction Bureau and the Urban Master Planning Office of the Municipal Garden Bureau, and also to the secretary of the provincial party committee, Zhang Yunchuan. During this visit, I paid special attention to the design and planning in this area. It seems to be responsive, but it is not clear. In the column of "urban backbone", the "exhibition axis of ancient, modern and modern urban context", "ecological landscape axis of organic integration of urban and rural areas" and "agricultural exhibition garden" in Taiping Hebei are mentioned. It is good to keep the old houses and hutongs in the city in the historical and cultural exhibition, which should be done well. However, my proposal to build an idyllic cultural park in the provincial capital seems to be more professional than these. My plan is to "open up an idyllic cultural park in the provincial capital, such as botanical garden, zoo, water park and so on." For people to play, watch, keep fit, entertain, increase their knowledge and receive education. However, the park is committed to achieving these goals by displaying, embodying and practicing pastoral culture, folk life and folk charm. In this area, the rural scenery of Ming, Qing, Republic of China and the period of going it alone has been displayed: farmers are farming, some are plowing, some are raking, some are sowing, some are weeding … doing all kinds of farm work; There is an Oikami in the countryside. An old cow pulls a stupid waterwheel and keeps making a "clanging" sound. In another place, weeping willows, wells and windmills, a sign on the well platform reads the poem "Who knows that Chinese food tastes bad?" Two farmers were sweating profusely, splashing water with a flowerpot hoist, and a trickle slowly flowed into the depression. In various houses in this area, various folk artists show their superb skills: spinning cotton, weaving, making tofu, grinding noodles, making vermicelli, pulling clay figurines, sugar figurines, grinding bronze mirrors, shoveling brooms, supporting ants and gongs. There are many exhibition halls in the folk museum: some display all kinds of small and medium-sized agricultural tools, and some display all kinds of household appliances and tableware. There are also displays of all kinds of carts and cars: earth trucks, Yangzhou cars, walking tractors, big tractors, big trucks and other means of transportation from ancient times to the present. Some showrooms ... in this way, let the rising new Shijiazhuang stand among the tall buildings, let the rising new Shijiazhuang have an idyllic cultural park in a certain historical period in a metropolis with many tall buildings, let the ancient, modern and modern residents have an idyllic cultural park in a certain historical period, and let the ancient, modern and modern residents' production and life cultures coexist in this modern metropolis. Living culture coexists in this modern metropolis. If this is achieved, Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital, not only has a modern atmosphere, but also has a cross-century folk charm. Wouldn't it be better? "People in this tourist area can not only visit and watch, but also practice, operate, appreciate and experience the true feelings of history! China agricultural museum in Beijing has no conditions, because it has no land. Changjia Manor and Yuci Ancient Town in Shanxi Province are well preserved, displaying many rural folk utensils, which we in Hebei and Shijiazhuang should follow and learn from. But it can't be operated because there is no ground. If we in Shijiazhuang incorporate this plan into the plan and strive to realize it, it should be the first in North China and will have great influence in the whole country. I think this is a very promising and possibly popular tourist attraction. As can be seen from the planning map, Xiao 'anshe Village and Da 'anshe Village around Northwest Aviation School in Shijiazhuang and Taiping River, Min 'anshe Village and Xinhe area around Xiao 'anshe Village in Da 'anshe Village are all good sites for the pastoral cultural park. The above words go to provincial leaders, Shijiazhuang Urban and Rural Planning Bureau, Architectural Design Bureau, Landscape Bureau and other relevant departments again. Looking forward to reply!
