You can go to the Cultural Palace (Dongtangnan) in Dong Tang, where you can charge by time. One performance in the morning, around 5 pm (I can't remember), 5 yuan and Changsha are the cheapest, and the other time periods are 10 yuan and 15 yuan respectively. I only went there last month, and the environment is ok.
