What does running mean?
I've been running for more than four months without stopping for a day. Although there are times when I don't want to run, one thing will automatically become a part of our life as long as we persist in doing it for a period of time. If you really follow your own temporary ideas and don't run, you will feel something missing and incomplete that day. It is this kind of psychology that makes the persistence behind it not so difficult.

When running, I will think from time to time, what does running mean besides exercising?

This means stepping on solid ground, measuring and embracing the real world. Especially in this era when we can browse all kinds of short videos and instant messages on the screen of mobile phones for hours.

This means cherishing and strengthening the healthy body and sound legs we still have-they are not necessarily taken for granted and will leave us one day-and thinking about those who are physically disabled but still live a strong life.

It even means a desire to break free, to be free and to stay away-this is the deepest and most tenacious cry rooted in the depths of our souls-but we are often trapped in boundless knowledge and technology as vast as the ocean and buried in a room where we can't see the sun for a long time.

It also means the enterprising spirit of endless struggle. If you want to leave some beautiful close-ups for a person, the moment when you run, waving your arms, striding forward and sweating like rain, is definitely one of the best materials.

Run, run, go on, have a good trip, Qianshan!
