PVDF membrane material:
Polyvinylidene fluoride, abbreviated as PVDF in English, mainly refers to the homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride or the copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amounts of vinylidene fluoride monomers. It has the characteristics of fluorine resin and general resin. Besides good chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance, it also has special properties such as piezoelectricity, dielectricity and pyroelectricity, which is the output of fluoroplastics.
PTFE membrane material:
Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon or PTFE), commonly known as the "king of plastics", is a polymer compound polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene, which has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication and non-stickiness, electrical insulation and good aging resistance.
High temperature resistance-the working temperature reaches 250℃. Low temperature resistance-good mechanical toughness; Even if the temperature drops to-196℃, the elongation of 5% can be maintained. Corrosion resistance-inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acid and alkali, water and various organic solvents. Weather resistance-equivalent to the aging life of plastics. High lubrication-the friction coefficient of solid materials is close. Non-stick-not stick to anything.
ETFE membrane material:
The English name of ETFE is Ethyne-Tetra-Fluoro-Ethyne, and the Chinese name is Ethyne-Tetra-Fluoro-Ethyne * * * Polymer. While maintaining the good heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation of PTFE, the radiation resistance and mechanical properties have been greatly improved, and the tensile strength can reach 50MPa, which is nearly twice that of PTFE.
The choice of membrane structure materials largely depends on the function, fire protection requirements, service life, planning and investment of membrane structure buildings. Therefore, when selecting membrane structure materials, we should understand the following points:
1, strength, including tensile strength and tear strength. According to the area and prestress of membrane structure building, membrane materials with appropriate technical parameters can be selected to meet the construction needs of membrane structure building without waste.
2, durable anti-aging function, self-cleaning function, adapt to all kinds of climate.
3. Fire prevention function, that is, the membrane structure material is required to be flame retardant or nonflammable. This depends on the function of membrane structure building and its environment, which requires membrane structure building to have fire prevention function.
4. The price of membrane structure materials. Because the customer's choice of membrane structure material not only requires the membrane material function to meet the architectural requirements, but also whether the quotation exceeds the budget is an important factor. Different varieties, different brands and even the same membrane material have different properties and functions. Generally speaking, the quotation of imported membrane materials is higher, while the quotation of domestic membrane materials with the same parameters is relatively lower. So it depends on the customer's purchasing budget for membrane structure building materials.
