If dantian is a little angry, his feet are not easy to reach when he meditates, and his knees are not soft when he sits alone, and his other feet can't be closed.

The most important thing at this time is that the feet can't be well conditioned. Scholars can lie down and tie three healthy belts (above the knee, below the knee, barefoot) on their legs. After an hour or two, the air on their feet will come up, which will help relieve beriberi. Their feet will be sore before they can pass. We have a classmate who often feels cold all over. He has to wear a cotton-padded jacket to sleep in winter. After wearing a health belt, he doesn't have to wear so many clothes to sleep now, because the blood gas comes directly up.

(2), double disk time

After meditation, you should use double plates, because qi will pass from Dantian to Du meridian, and then back to Dantian through Ren meridian and then to the lower plate, which is very important for qi to pass to the lower plate. When you double-dish, your knees should be able to land in a stable and correct posture. If one knee does not touch the ground, it means the height of pelvic cavity and the length of left and right feet. The hip and femur need further adjustment.

(3), the adjustment of the double disk ratio method

If the knees can't land on the ground at the same time when you double-dish, you should adjust it with a health belt at this time. Now let me briefly introduce the health belt. The health belt is aimed at the problem of lateral bending or forward and backward bending of the light column. The spine is not directly related to the central nervous system, but the nervous system is related to the health of internal organs. Unhealthy internal organs affect the endocrine system, and the most important thing is that qi is blocked. Meditation is hard, but it is slow to do as the Romans do, or there is no progress at all.

Therefore, the most basic spine should be adjusted upright first, and the related visceral problems are therefore easy to correct. Therefore, not only women with short legs and long legs, but also women with problems, such as qi deficiency in confinement, blood gas blockage, cold hands and feet in winter, can be treated with health belts.

People who practice meditation and abdomen absorption wear health belts, and their anger is easily induced. It will come in ten minutes. Strangely, qi will eventually come up and go to the brain. Those who don't meditate will be tied for 2-3 months before they get angry. Therefore, old classmates, in addition to being infected with viral diseases, if they are visceral diseases, try not to rely on drugs, and it is best to treat them with health belts.

The reason why wearing a health belt can induce qi is because our feet are usually flared, so the angle of hips and femur is also flared. When the buttocks and femur are trumpet-shaped, the feet form an outward figure-eight posture when walking, and the spine is not easy to straighten. Put on the health belt, put your feet together, the hip and femur are relatively adducted, so the pelvic angle returns, and the spine straightens, which will directly act on the central nervous system and internal organs to achieve the purpose of restoring health. Therefore, people who wear health belts are more likely to induce Qi movement than ordinary people in the early stage of learning meditation.

(4) Method of tying health belt

1. Ankle part: Tie the shortest third health belt on the upper part of the ankle. The tightness should be appropriate. If it is too loose, it will be swollen and painful. If you feel too tight when you lie down, you should relax a little, because after ten minutes, when you breathe, your feet will swell and your belt will tighten. If barefoot hurts, putting a towel between barefoot can also solve this problem.

2. Upper part of the knee: Tie the first healthy long belt above the knee 1~2 cm, and it doesn't matter if it is fastened here.

3. Below the knee: the second healthy long belt is tied at the position below the knee 1~2 cm. It should be a little loose here, not too tight, because it will affect the ankle, and it will feel too tight when lying down.

When lying flat, if it feels too tight, relax and readjust. After adjustment, gently put your hands on the upper and lower sides of the middle abdomen. When to tie it? It is best to tie three health belts all night when sleeping. In addition, as long as people lie down, they can prick. You can also tie it at work, especially when playing computer, reading books and watching TV. You can only wear the first health belt on your knee.

A month later, you will find that the feet that take eight steps will become parallel to each other, and your knees can touch the ground when you double-dish, because the foot shape, spine and pelvic cavity are beginning to return to normal positions! Some people spend a lot of money and run a long way to correct their vertebrae, but they return to their original state the next day. We don't have to spend money. As long as there is an opportunity, we can wear a health belt every day to shape our muscles and bones, so we hope that students can make good use of these three belts.

Second, the heart is on the edge (where is the intention)

Novice meditators should have a set of methods to get on the road as soon as possible so as to enter the realm of meditation. After induction in Dantian, Ren pulse and pulse are connected at the beginning, but after meditation, the sensed qi can be adjusted with the wind and gradually get better.

Where are Du He and Ren Mai's mental processes in different meditation periods? When you meditate, your breath can come up. Where should you put your heart? Where to stay, use the following fixed-point transfer.

1. When meditating, beginners should keep breathing up and down.

2. After Tian Chan is induced, it should be changed to Mingmen point of Du Mai, and there is a Mingmen point on the lumbar spine directly opposite the navel.

(1) Remember to lift the anus first.

(2) Qi passes through perineum.

(3) Keep your mind at Mingmen point: lead your mind and qi and blood to Mingmen point. If you don't know how to transfer qi to Du meridian, it is easy for qi to flow upstream from Ren meridian. People who recite Buddha and mantra are most likely to have this problem, because their minds are focused on their heads. Be careful not to let qi go against the pulse. Let Qi come up from behind, and then come to Ren Mai from the beginning. Mingmen is at the place where the spine S bends behind the relative position of navel, that is, where the two kidneys intersect with the spine.

(4) If you feel slightly swollen or tight at Mingmen point, it means that Qi has reached this position, but if you feel tight or swollen badly at this point, it means that the meditation posture is incorrect, and the hunchback makes it impossible for Qi to pass through. At this time, you should stand higher.

3. It is best to change the body column point for the second time. Qi can go to the body column point at will, and the relative position of the spine directly behind the middle point in the chest is the body column point. I feel chest tightness when I meditate. You should observe the acupoints of the column. When the pulse passes, you will feel your chest suddenly enlightened.

The ways to stay focused are:

(1) If you can't keep a fixed point with your heart, use the stupidest method, grasp the position with your hands, and then observe the pain with your heart.

(2) When the heart can be used for multiple purposes, the breathing and Mingmen points can be visualized at the same time, and if possible, they can be directly visualized. Taoism and tantric Buddhism use visualisation to say that qi goes up and down from behind, and repeatedly puts the heart on the front and rear veins, because at first, qi has not been obtained and can not pass through the two veins, but after watching for a long time, the two veins will also pass. However, the reason why we don't do this is because it is very important to really understand Qi and keep it where it goes. Because the center of the back should be fixed, it can't move all the time, and the novice should move the place where he is tempted, but in doing so, his heart will not move for at least a while.

4. Guarding the eyebrows for the second time (going to the Dantian): If qi feels that it has reached the pillar point, it is necessary to guide qi from the pillar point behind to the eyebrows, that is, guarding the eyebrows. People who practice meditation in the world can see the outside world from this point, which can be connected to the bright spot of the brain, and they can see mountains and rivers with their eyes closed. This is the third eye of Taoism. Buddhism and Zen practice is the embodiment of reality, which means that the brain can be filled with external emptiness or all situations, and it is to see the outside world with visibility.

5. Change the tip of the nose for the second time: When the gas reaches the back of the nose, the heart moves to the tip of the nose, and the gas will pass through the nose column or both sides of the nose wing.

6. The second change is the observation of benevolence: this is the place where Ren meridian and Du meridian meet, and qi will enter between gingival incisors from here.

7. The second change is to keep Shanzhong point: the junction of the midline of the two breasts, that is, Zhongdiantian.

8. Return to the abdomen for the second time: the lower abdomen is the abdomen. After keeping my abdomen, I am trying to breathe. I have to adjust my breathing again because I am guarding the footwall. I have been observing my abdomen since meditation.

Because when you breathe too much, your feet will swell badly, so it is appropriate to adjust the wind properly. When the breathing volume (wind) is large, dry mouth (strong fire); When the breathing volume is small, it will dry mouth (fire is not strong); When the secretion of saliva and body fluid is moderate (water temperature and rising), the meridians of the whole body will be soft.

Fourth, the phenomenon after hard work.

The first two visualization methods can work interactively and cooperatively, and the effect will be better. Everyone has a different reaction to the above methods. Some people's popularity will drive the bottom-up rotation, some people will dance with Dantian, and the most important thing is that the time of holding their breath will be longer and longer. Therefore, meditation takes a long time, and Dantian must practice and further adjust the atmosphere.

The knot of the handprint will help the fire reach the upper body, so you still don't feel tired. However, it is even more difficult to print with centering handprint for more than two hours only during meditation, so it is very important to control strong wind at this time. Last time I talked about soil, water, fire and wind. During meditation, the four aspects are not adjusted. For example, if the earth is not adjusted, the feet will be stiff and painful, while the earth should be soft and painless, and the wind should be adjusted. If the wind is well adjusted and the fire is moderate, the water will rise slightly and there will be no thirst. Qi can go up all over the body, and then down to the thighs, toes and other places, so that the feet will not be numb. Therefore, he must practice in order to say that he has learned meditation well.

When practicing dantian, breathing will become longer and longer with the practice cycle. When breathing is extended to the peak, it will gradually become shorter and smaller. The strong wind will be adjusted at this time. Later, as long as you take a little breath (1, 2%), you will be bored there, and Dantian will still transport that little breath there, from bottom to top, and then down, so that your feet will not hurt.

In any case, the abdomen must be shaped. After the abdomen is shaped, the walker should immediately open the abdomen. Methods mentioned in the first two classes (that is, exhaling turbid air, inhaling and holding your breath, etc. ) The achievement of meditation is directly proportional to the length of meditation. When practicing dharma, if you want to break through the key points, you must meditate for 6 hours, rest for 2 hours and play for 6 hours from 9: 00 pm. Meditate 3 times a day 18 hours, and you will have the opportunity to be enlightened for seven consecutive days. Therefore, meditation for a long time can break through the body and achieve enlightenment, so it takes a long time to practice Buddhism or meditate to achieve something.
