Durian (scientific name: Durio zibethinus Murr) is a giant tropical evergreen tree of Malvaceae, with long, round, pointed leaves, cymes, light yellow color, football-sized fruit, solid peel, dense triangular thorns, and flesh composed of arils, and light yellow color.
The most famous durian brand is Maoshanwang, which grows in the south of Vietnam and is located in the tropics, with abundant sunshine and rain. Moreover, the fruit shape is round and full, with more pulp and small core. Generally, a Maoshan durian has 4-6 rooms of meat. Maoshanwang's flesh is golden yellow, so it's very gratifying to see it. Unlike our common durian, the pulp is white. Maoshanwang pulp is dense and delicate, slightly bitter and sweet, with obvious sweetness. The aroma fills the whole mouth, and the taste is gradually enriched to explosion.
Maoshan Wang is relatively small, a complete durian with a shell, with an average weight of only 2 kg. But its pulp is still much thicker, because its stone is generally very flat and small.
The pulp is thick, the taste is thick and slightly dry, and the entrance is bitter first and then sweet. In recent years, the price has dropped a lot because of the reduced demand for D24.
