By nature, this place belongs to the gathering place of public officials. Fire design drawings (including three fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting system) and decoration drawings need to be sent to the fire department for review and filing before construction. After the construction is completed, the district fire brigade needs to apply for acceptance, and before the opening, it needs to apply for opening inspection.
Fifteenth the construction unit shall provide the following materials to apply for fire protection design audit:
(a) the construction project fire design audit declaration form;
(2) Legal identity documents such as the business license of the construction unit;
(three) the qualification certificate of the design unit;
(4) Fire protection design documents;
(5) Other materials as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
If it is necessary to apply for construction project planning permission according to law, it shall provide a certificate of construction project planning permission; Temporary buildings that need to be approved by the competent department of urban and rural planning according to law, which belong to crowded places, shall provide supporting documents approved by the competent department of urban and rural planning.
Twenty-first construction units shall provide the following materials when applying for fire control acceptance:
(a) the construction project fire inspection declaration form;
(two) the project completion acceptance report and the completion drawings of fire control facilities;
(three) the quality certificate of fire protection products;
(four) the certification documents and factory certificates that the building components, building materials and decoration materials that meet the requirements of fire prevention performance meet the national standards or industry standards;
(five) fire facilities inspection documents;
(six) the legal identity certificate and qualification certificate of the construction, project supervision and testing unit;
(seven) the construction unit's business license and other legal identity documents;
(eight) other materials as prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
Twenty-second fire control institutions of public security organs shall organize fire control acceptance within twenty days from the date of accepting the application for fire control acceptance, and issue opinions on fire control acceptance.
Fifteenth before the public gathering place is put into use or business, the construction unit or the user unit shall apply to the fire department of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level for fire safety inspection.
The fire control institution of the public security organ shall, within ten working days from the date of accepting the application, conduct fire safety inspection on the place according to the technical standards and management regulations on fire control. Without fire safety inspection or inspection does not meet the requirements of fire safety, it shall not be put into use or business.
