Take bus No.39 to the Champs Elysé es, and get off at Huaying Street Station in huanghe road. Then walk northeast along huanghe road to the intersection, opposite the west gate of Champs Elysé es Square.

Dalian Bus No.39 starts at Dalian Railway Station, ends at Jin Chengyuan Market and the second stop is Huaying Street Station.

Go to the intersection of Yellow River (right) and cross Changjiang Road to the west gate of Champs Elysé es.
