Do you gain muscle after fitness?
In the crowd of fitness, there are two kinds of people who are the most, one is a thin man who wants to gain muscle, and the other is a fat man who wants to lose weight and gain muscle. In many people's inherent impression, thin people gain muscle less than fat people. There is even a saying that if you want to gain muscle, you have to eat fat first, but thin people also have their advantages, that is, they can have obvious muscles without losing weight.

In fact, thin people or fat people gain muscle faster, and there is no definite answer at this stage. Many people say that thin people have no advantage in gaining muscle because most thin people have high basal metabolic rate and relatively poor body absorption capacity. Of course, it does not rule out that they become thinner because of the digestive system. So if thin people and fat people want to gain muscle fitness for 30 days at the same time, whose muscle grows faster?

First, the gap in muscle content.

In terms of muscle content, in fact, even if you don't take part in 30 days of fitness training, fat people have more muscle content than thin people, because the weight of fat people is there. Even if you don't participate in fitness training, it is actually a kind of training in disguise, so the muscle content of fat people is much higher than that of ordinary people, and the fat people's muscles are not obvious because thick fat covers the muscles.

Second, the gap in muscle growth.

Fat people think that the most important thing after fitness is aerobic training, but also to control diet and reduce calorie intake. What thin people do most is strength training, supplementing the calories in diet and protein. In this gap, the muscle-building efficiency of thin people is often much better than that of fat people, who also consume some muscles during aerobic training.

Third, their fitness purposes are different.

It can be said that the fitness purposes of the two groups are different, so the methods and diet of fitness training will be very different. Fat people will prefer aerobic training to lose weight and strictly control their diet, so that fat will disappear faster, while thin people will do a lot of strength training in order to gain muscle, such as squat and hard pulling. After 30 days, the muscle gap between the two may not be too obvious.

However, if the fat man does strength training instead of aerobic training just after starting fitness, then after 30 days, the fat man's muscle gain result will be higher than that of the thin man, because the fat man himself has higher muscle content and greater strength, so the effect of strength training is better and the muscle gain effect will be better than that of the thin man.

Do you think that fat people and thin people start to exercise at the same time, who can become a muscular man faster?
