When I was once considered "helpless", I magically turned into a bucket of mineral water without anyone around (shh! This is still a secret. I think it's time to sum up the effect of my two-month fitness, because I know I'm not the original me, I've changed!

Exercise regularly after work every day and sweat for an hour and a half (mainly because of sweating constitution), with an average of five days a week.

My skin becomes white and smooth, especially after training. The moment when I was white and sweaty was my happiest and best time!

A hot bath is very comfortable. Sleep at night is more practical, sleep until a certain point to rest, and face the work in high spirits the next day.

Sometimes I can't go to the gym because of something, and I always feel uncomfortable. I always feel that I have something important to do.

For two months, I took fitness as a habit, which also gave me a better living condition.

Unconsciously, many parts have become tight, and the original loose skin has begun to tighten and smooth, which should be a good trend. Perhaps this change is hard to find, but the following changes really and effectively prove this problem.

In the past, small and medium-sized clothes at the bottom of the wardrobe could be put on. After feeling slim, I thought about how to match them well and stopped worrying about where to find a large size.

It is a surprise that the requirements for trying on clothes and buying clothes have changed from XL/L to M or even S. Now you can go to the physical store to try on those beautiful clothes that you used to be insatiable (so it's not good to shop more often. We should control them in the future, after all, the revolution has not succeeded.

In two months, I will have clothes to choose from, and I can give full play to my collocation talent.

Usually this is felt from other people's eyes.

When I came home this Spring Festival, I actually felt a so-called "cosmetic change".

First: several neighbors didn't recognize me for the first time. The most they said was: XXX, I feel that you look different from before!

I jokingly responded: haha, I didn't even know it was time for plastic surgery.

Second: Chinese New Year relatives get together. Aunt saw me and looked at me with a smile: My family is in great shape!

My inner OS: auntie! I can even be labeled as "in good shape" on this day. In previous years, you all said I was round and blessed!

Third: Walking on the main road, a motorcycle came: Beauty, where are you going? Shall I drive you?

Of course, I resolutely refused, but my heart was still flattered.

In two months, I feel beautiful (I am not narcissistic), which is what others say (proud face).

My most obvious thing is my poor upper body strength. I once wondered if I was weak in muscles.

When I first started fitness training, doing side lifts was killing me. I didn't expect a computer mainframe and a bucket to cope (low-key).

Of course, it's no use being so strong as a little girl. Just practice some muscles that can protect yourself. The key is to be healthy.

In two months, I grew muscles and developed strength.

Fitness has become an indispensable part of my life, and I hope it will become an important habit in my life. After all, I have always had a wish: to work for the health of the motherland for 50 years!
