Xu Qixiu Herbal Tea was declared by Guangdong Provincial Department of Culture, Civil Affairs Bureau of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and Cultural Bureau of Macao Special Administrative Region Government on May 25th, 2006.
The 18 brands and 54 secret recipes and terms owned by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao 2 1 herbal tea manufacturers have been approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists, and will be permanently protected by the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and relevant laws in China.
2. Huang Zhenlong Herbal Tea
The founder of Huang Zhenlong Herbal Tea is Mr. Huang Zhenlong. In the mid-1940s, Huang Zhenlong opened his first herbal tea shop in Guangzhou at Peiping Hotel (now Beijing Hotel) in Renji Road, Guangzhou.
