There are two possibilities. The first one is the most common, because some input methods are not compatible with UFIDA software, so you can try changing the software.

There is also remote use, depending on whether the remote software supports local input methods. If not, the remote software administrator needs to configure the input method in the remote software.

If this is the reason of your server, there is something wrong with the setting or input method. Find a maintenance person to solve it. This is a common problem.
