What kinds of slimming yoga moves are there?
There are mainly three kinds: table posture, canoe posture and dog posture.

① Table posture weight loss yoga: anti-muscle relaxation

1. Sit up straight, straighten your back and take a deep breath.

2. Bend your knees, step on the floor with your feet firmly, and put your hands behind your body to support your center of gravity.

3, inhale, hips off the ground, exhale, stay for 5~ 10 seconds.

4, slow down, relax and adjust breathing.

Tip:
