In violation of the regulations on the administration of official reception, receiving beyond the standard and scope or taking the opportunity to eat and drink, if the circumstances are serious, give a warning or a serious warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the party.

6. Whoever engages in power and money transactions or gives property to engage in power and money transactions shall be given a warning or a serious warning; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the Party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be expelled from the party.
