Before the Ming Dynasty, Xintian was always under the jurisdiction of Guiyang and Ningyuan. Shun Di's filial piety culture has a natural and profound historical origin with Xintian. Fuling River, Lu Yi, Longquan Mountain, Hanlin Mountain, Zhisheng Temple, Taiping Temple and other sites and legends have witnessed the traces and legacy of Shun Di's enlightenment to Xintian ancestors. In the 17th year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty, Filial Piety Festival, a special train of Xintian county annals, recorded the biography and folk tradition of Xintian people's filial piety. The unique folk traditions of Qijia in Zhishiping Township and Songmenzong in Shiyang Town, the forms of ancestor worship during the Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day and July 30th, the folk custom named after filial piety, and the folk wedding and funeral etiquette of "funeral songs", "funeral songs" and "confession songs" are all rich and colorful. The Book of Filial Piety was written in the Spring and Autumn Period. It can be said that a history of Xintian people's struggle between heaven and earth is the history of Xintian people's filial piety culture, which is deeply branded with Xintian people's fighting spirit. In order to carry forward the traditional Chinese virtues of filial piety, show the profound connotation of Xintian's filial piety culture, enhance Xintian's urban taste, and promote the development of Xintian's economic and social sciences, with the strong support of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, Xintian County Party Committee and County Government held a groundbreaking ceremony for the filial piety cultural park on September 28th, 20 10, and officially launched the construction project of Xintian County's filial piety cultural park. The investment of the first phase project is about 35 million yuan. It was completed in early October of 2011year1October, and opened for tourists in mid-October of 165438/kloc-0. The second phase of the project, with an investment of about 33 million yuan, was fully completed and put into use at the end of 20 12. In the planning concept, the Filial Piety Cultural Park pays attention to excavating and carrying forward the Chinese nation's filial piety culture, takes "filial piety", "kindness" and "harmony" as the themes, warns and influences the values of modern people on the basis of inheriting excellent traditional culture, and embodies the healthy and harmonious characteristics of the times. In terms of expression, the modern park construction concept and traditional expression forms are used to build a national first-class theme cultural park. After the park is completed, it will become the leader of Shili Riverside Scenic Belt in Xintian County and an ideal place for citizens to relax, travel, educate and keep fit. Together with a number of tourism resources such as Wudang Mountain in the south of Xintian, Daguanling Castle and Longjia Courtyard, it forms a humanistic landscape with great tourism development value, integrates into the southern Hunan tourism circle, and forms a pattern of complementary advantages with surrounding county tourism projects and regional development, injecting new vitality into Xintian's economic and social development.
The scenic spots in the first phase of the project are: (1) entrance archway. The completion of the Filial Piety Cultural Park is conducive to carrying forward the traditional Chinese filial piety culture, tapping the resources of filial piety culture, developing filial piety cultural products, enriching filial piety cultural activities, promoting the prosperity of tourism in Xintian and promoting the coordinated economic and social development in Xintian.
Xintian is a selenium-enriched county with great potential for the development of selenium-enriched food industry. Relying on the brand of filial piety culture, promoting the development of selenium-enriched agricultural products and making selenium-enriched food industry bigger and stronger is another foothold for building filial piety culture park. Its antioxidant capacity is 500 times stronger than that of vitamin E, and it has the functions of enhancing immunity, preventing diabetes, preventing cataracts, preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, preventing Keshan disease, Kaschin-Beck disease, arthritis, detoxification, preventing and treating liver diseases and protecting liver. At present, it is the most important mineral nutrient to prolong life in China. From the second half of 20 10 to the beginning of 20 1 1 0, Hunan Geological Survey Institute conducted geochemical sampling survey in Xintian County 1022 square kilometers, and found that the area with suitable selenium content index (≥0.2mg/kg) reached 430 square kilometers, accounting for 43.23%. The area with rich selenium content index (≥0.4mg/kg) organized by Wuhan Geological Survey Center of China made a special trip to Changsha to check the results of geochemical sampling survey of land quality in Xintian County. It is considered that the selenium-enriched resources in Xintian County have the following three characteristics: First, the selenium-enriched area is large. The whole county is in an ecological environment containing selenium or selenium to varying degrees, which means that the development of selenium-enriched food industry in Xintian can form a larger scale. Second, the selenium-rich stratum is thick. Selenium in cultivated soil comes from deep soil, that is, selenium enrichment is not caused by external pollution or other reasons, which provides a basis for selenium resource exploration and selenium-enriched product development. Third, the quality of selenium enrichment is good. The concentration of selenium is moderate, accompanied by trace elements necessary for human body, such as zinc, which is of great development value. The opening of the first phase of filial piety culture park in Xintian County will be closely combined with the development of selenium-enriched food industry, and the promotion and development of selenium-enriched food industry will be increased through cultural setting up and economic and trade singing, forming a cluster effect of selenium-enriched food industry development.
