Causes and solutions of air leakage in engine cylinder

1. Oil supply system failure

1) Stop electromagnetic oil inlet valve failure. For solutions, please refer to the common faults of the front air supply system.

2) There is little diesel in the fuel tank or the suction valve of the fuel tank is not opened. Fill the diesel oil according to the instructions and open the suction valve of the fuel tank.

3) The oil supply pipeline or diesel filter is blocked. Clean the filter screen of oil supply pipeline and pipe joint, drain the water at the bottom of diesel filter or replace the diesel filter.

4) There is air in the oil supply system. Loosen the bleeder plug on the diesel filter, press the hand rocker arm of the oil transfer pump, twitch the air several times repeatedly, and then tighten the bleeder plug to check whether the pipe joint is tightened.

5) The oil transfer pump does not supply oil. For solutions, please refer to the common faults of the front air supply system.

6) Fuel injection pump failure. For troubleshooting methods, see Common Faults of Front Power Supply System.

7) The fuel injection quantity of the fuel injector is small or it is stuck. For the solution, please refer to the common faults of the front supply system.

8) Fuel injection advance angle is not allowed. At this time, the fuel injection pump should be adjusted and tightened according to the specified data. Causes and solutions of air leakage in engine cylinder
