Building No.3 of Jiaozuo Guest House is the main building, located in the center of the hotel park, with a total construction area of about 25130m2, six floors high and seven floors locally, with a total height of 27. 1 m, 9 large and medium-sized banquet halls1m and 9 large and medium-sized conference halls. At the same time, it has service places and facilities for meeting, accommodation, catering, swimming, sauna, fitness, chess and other entertainment activities for about 300 people.
The landscape design of Jiaozuo Guest House adopts the means of digging lakes to build mountains, and designs nearly 40 acres of natural artificial lakes. With the planting method of natural clumping and large patch planting, the landscape effect of different sizes, consistent opening and closing, patchwork and rich connotation was formed, and 296 special-shaped trees were planted in the park. After the completion of the hotel, the trees are shaded, the four seasons are lush, warm and comfortable, which embodies the four functions of the room in the forest, the forest in the garden, the road in the green and the people in the scenery.
The hotel has 245 sets of deluxe standard rooms, deluxe single rooms, deluxe suites, executive suites and presidential suites, 30 large and medium-sized banquet halls and 4 large and medium-sized conference halls/kloc-0, of which the building area of 1 is 2,500 square meters, that of Building 2 is 7,500 square meters, and that of Building 3 is nearly 30,000 square meters.
Building 1 is located in the northwest corner of the park, backed by the highest part of the park, facing the artificial lake, and has the ability to receive the central leadership; Building 2 has the ability to receive provincial and ministerial leaders; Building 3 is a business building, the main building of the guesthouse, located in the center of the guesthouse park, equipped with swimming, sauna, gym, chess and cards and other recreational facilities.
