The construction fee and maintenance fee of distance education site should be included in the scope of financial transfer payment; It is necessary to formulate standards and strengthen the standardized management of websites; It is necessary to strengthen the training of distance education operators and cultivate a team of operators who love distance education and are familiar with distance education business; It is necessary to strengthen the construction of party building websites of party organizations at all levels, rely on network high-tech means, respond quickly, and report in time the important decisions, major measures, latest achievements in theoretical research, new explorations and new practices of party organizations at higher levels and their own units in strengthening and improving party building, so as to ensure that advanced ideas are used to occupy network positions.
Second, we should pay attention to pertinence and strive to build an education management platform. It is necessary to integrate resources, make full use of the distance education sites that have covered all towns and villages, integrate telecommunication networks, radio and television networks and computer networks, and build a "three networks in one" information platform to meet the new needs of party member at the grass-roots level, such as making phone calls, surfing the Internet and watching TV.
