Our practice comes from the inheritance of Himalayan meditation, which is the oldest and most complete meditation system in the world and the essence of China's ancient practice. After years of practice, a scientific, simple and practical training system has been formed, with righteousness, proficiency, calmness and agility as the framework.
There are mainly the following types of courses:
Yoga meditation class
Wednesday19: 30 ~ 21:10, Sunday 15: 00 ~ 17: 00, and each shift is limited to 12 people. It's up to you.
Integrity internal training class.
One quarter of the class is of low quality (3-6 students in each class, please consult the charging standard and course details in person).
Practical purpose:
Taking the correction of the spine as the core, it is extended to the whole correction, which has the effects of strengthening the body, dignified and elegant, and health care and physical therapy, laying the foundation for meditation/meditation.
