Inter-class exercise is an important part of school physical education, a supplement and extension of school physical education, and a mirror reflecting the school management level and students' mental outlook. As we all know, recess exercises play a positive role in promoting students' physical and mental health development, forming the habit of taking part in physical exercise regularly, forming a good body posture, relieving fatigue in the learning process and regulating students' life. At the same time, the exercises between classes have special educational significance for enhancing teachers and students' feelings, improving cohesion, forming a good school spirit and cultivating students' sense of rhythm, rhythm and beauty. However, with the deepening of education reform, the organizational model is rigid and the form of recess exercises is relatively backward, and students gradually lose interest in doing recess exercises in monotony, and the role of recess exercises is becoming less and less. In recent years, our school has vigorously implemented the reform of physical education, with the goal of improving students' health and physical quality, carried out a lot of exploration and practice, strengthened teaching research, and accumulated some experience, especially in the practice between classes. Now I will report the organization and management of recess exercises in our school to the leaders and colleagues as follows:
First, actively reflect, identify problems, and prepare for the reform of homework between classes.
Shifang Foreign Language School is a newly-built experimental school for nine-year reform. There are 38 classes in the school, with 1 14 teaching staff and nearly 1500 students. A few years ago, when there were no senior grades (7, 8, 9) in our school, the quality of recess exercise (broadcast gymnastics) was still relatively good. However, with the development of the school and the increase of senior students, problems also appear: the school space is small, the students' age span is large, and students' interest in the uniform recess exercise is getting weaker and weaker. Although the school has formulated strict management and supervision methods, some students are lazy and depressed when doing exercises, which has completely become a form, and some even escape, which simply fails to achieve the purpose of exercise, and the development of exercises between classes is in a passive situation. How to find an activity form suitable for students' recess exercise in our school puts forward a brand-new topic for the organization and management of recess exercise. To this end, we specially held a meeting attended by school administrators, class teachers, physical education teachers and student representatives, consulted the current situation of recess exercises, made an in-depth analysis of the management, evaluation, form and actual situation of school students, and took advantage of the opportunity of being an experimental school of China Education Association to make full use of the rich educational resources of Education Association and got expert guidance. Form the following understanding:
1. Students don't pay enough attention to their thoughts, and they don't know clearly the purpose and significance of classroom exercises;
2. Because recess exercises are held outdoors, students are particularly reluctant to part in summer or winter;
3. The practice between classes is simple in content and plain in form, and students' physical and mental characteristics are not well considered, which makes them lose interest and freshness;
4. The fast pace of modern aerobics and rhythmic gymnastics is very attractive to middle school students with strong modern consciousness;
5. The organization and management of the school's practice between classes can't adapt to the new changes, which leads to the phenomenon that students' practice becomes a mere formality.
Second, actively raise funds, make efforts in various ways, effectively solve practical problems, and comprehensively promote the reform of class exercises.
1. School leaders attach great importance to it, improve the organization, strengthen management and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism.
(1) Strengthen the sense of leadership: the school integrates the construction of inter-class exercises into the system of ideological and moral education, quality education, aesthetic education, intellectual education and the construction of school spirit and study style, and combines the reform of inter-class exercises with the physiological and psychological development of primary and secondary school students; Combine the physiological effects of students' recess exercises with ideological and moral education and subjective education, inherit and draw lessons from the theory and practical experience of traditional recess exercises, and absorb some good experiences and practices from Chinese and foreign schools to serve the overall improvement of students' comprehensive quality. In a sense, the essence of doing well in class exercises is to grasp students' ideological and political education and the construction of school spirit and study style.

The results of classroom practice evaluation are included in the quantitative assessment of the class, which is linked with the monthly assessment, final assessment and post grade of the class teacher, so as to enhance the sense of responsibility of the class teacher in the management of classroom practice.
(4) Improve school conditions and create favorable conditions for students' activities.
The school invested millions of yuan to build a 200-meter plastic track and artificial lawn of the football field, purchased advanced sports facilities and equipment, and actively sought funding projects for sports lottery equipment to meet the training needs of teachers and students to the maximum extent in hardware conditions.
At the same time, the school has sent teachers from the Political and Educational Affairs Department and physical education teachers to Deyang, Mianyang, Chengdu and other places to visit and study, and specially sent a physical education teacher to Chengdu Institute of Physical Education for one year.
As the organization and management are in place, the system is perfect, and the equipment and facilities are purchased in place, it has laid a solid foundation for the school to carry out various sports and created a good environment for the school to reverse the passive situation of recess exercise.
2. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of PE teachers and give full play to their subjective initiative.
According to students' physiological and psychological development rules and the characteristics of students of different ages, school physical education teachers develop physical exercise forms that students love and operate easily, innovate, compile and create rhythmic exercises, enrich the contents of recess exercises, and make students really fall in love with recess exercises.
3, change the concept of teachers and students, and enhance teachers' sense of responsibility.
The quality of students' exercises between classes is not high. In addition to students' lack of understanding, some teachers do not understand the theory of multiple intelligences, and only pay attention to students' intellectual development and students' achievements. They ignore the psychological and physiological differences of students at different ages, the all-round development needs of students and the important role of class exercises. Teachers are not responsible for educating students to strengthen physical exercise. To this end, the school increased publicity to make teachers and students more aware of the role and significance of recess exercises, and changed students' "want me to do" into "I want to do".
4. Carry out colorful exercises between classes to enhance students' awareness of exercise.
Due to the large age span of students in our school, there are also great differences in physiology and psychology. The school arranges and arranges colorful recess exercises according to students of different ages. Mainly includes:

Through the reform, we are delighted to see that after the bell rang in the second period, the students cheered and lined up, and quickly came to the playground with the rhythm of music. Because it is a favorite recess activity, students can do recess exercises consciously without any teacher's supervision, and the quality of exercises has been greatly improved. Especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays, open recess activities are arranged by each class. Each class adapts to local conditions and uses local materials. What equipment is used for what activities? The activities are colorful and varied. After the opening of recess practice, students come out like birds, and the sky is high and birds fly; Like a fish out of the pond, the sea is wide and jumps by fish; On the playground, shuttlecock kicking, sowing, rubber jumping, dodgeball, basketball, long and short rope jump shots and badminton are all available. The change in the form of exercises between classes and the change in students' behavior has finally made the reform of exercises between classes a gratifying step and created a new situation of national fitness.
Through the reform, the class teacher felt that the management of students' exercises between classes was much easier, and he integrated himself into the students, participated with them, exercised himself, and the students constantly enhanced their sense of class honor in the activities.
Through the reform, students have participated in sports competitions in the past two years and achieved excellent results. When there are only 8 grade students in our school, the basketball competition is the first in the city, the table tennis competition includes the top three in Deyang, the track and field meeting is the first in the city, and the comprehensive physical quality of the ninth grade students in junior high school is the first in the city. Students take part in physical examination, and all statistics are among the best.
It can be seen that the physical education in our school has stepped onto a brand-new stage with the break of class exercises, which has promoted the smooth implementation of curriculum reform and added fresh vitality to the overall work of the school.
In recent years, in addition to the local school in Shifang, other brother schools in Mianzhu, Luojiang and other counties and cities have come to our school to exchange exercises between classes.
Leaders and teachers, the reform of our class exercises has just begun.
