Playing basketball or running to enhance sexual function, or going to the gym or something?
Good health helps to improve sexual ability. Personally, I feel that my physical ability is very strong. As soon as I stop practicing, I feel very tired when I do it. Playing basketball is good, but I usually practice push-ups (back muscles) and abdominal muscles (abdominal muscles). These two muscles are helpful to xx, and I also practice my arms by the way. You can't practice just playing ball, but you can practice endurance.
