Hanjiang Town is located in the north of shishi city, Fujian Province, with an area of 38.4 square kilometers and a permanent population of more than 50,000 people. It has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages and 50,000-ton ports (national first-class ports), and has two world cultural heritages (Six Sacred Pagoda in Song Dynasty and Linluandu in Tang Dynasty). Song and Yuan Dynasties were the gateway of Pirong (Quanzhou), the "City of Light" and "the largest port in the East", and also the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road.
