Swimming should be scientific first, and it is not advisable to take a bath immediately after exercise, because when the human body is exercising, the amount of exercise increases gradually due to the continuous contraction of muscles, and to meet the needs of exercise, the heart rate and breathing will also accelerate. Blood circulation will accelerate, and the blood flow to the muscles and the heart itself will also increase. When the exercise stops, the blood flow and heart rate will slow down, but it will last for a while before it will gradually stabilize and return to the state before exercise. If you take a bath at this time, your body will be stimulated by hot water, which will cause blood vessels of muscles and skin to dilate, further increase the blood flow of muscles and skin, and lead to insufficient blood supply to other organs, especially the heart and brain. At the same time, you can't breathe well after exercise, and then you go into the bathroom. In the absence of air circulation, the brain is prone to lack of oxygen. So take a hot bath immediately after exercise. Symptoms such as dizziness and general weakness often occur, and severe cases can also cause blood pressure drop, collapse shock and syncope.
It should be bathing → swimming → walking → equipment → steaming, and then rest for at least an hour before taking a bath.
