In classroom teaching, in addition to teaching students the basic movements of Wushu practice, we should also explain the role of what we have learned in developing and strengthening physical fitness, so that the idea of "health first" can be implemented. At the same time, we should also pay attention to cultivating students' organizational ability, innovative ability, hard-working will and collectivism thought of unity and mutual assistance, so as to lay a good foundation for adapting to society in the future.
It can be seen from the national Wushu aerobics series for primary and middle school students that Wushu, as a traditional national sport in China, has strong national characteristics. The creation of this set of aerobics not only pays attention to the application of traditional martial arts movements, but also takes into account the contemporary social and cultural characteristics, the aesthetic and psychological needs of teenagers and the needs of school physical education in the new period. So it is widely loved by students. Wushu takes China Wushu as the main content and radio exercises as the basic form of expression, which embodies the unity of Wushu's sportiness and artistry. I will study Heroes and Teenagers in five classes, and this class is the first in my unit. This course plays an important role in unit teaching. Learning to master the basic movements in front is conducive to learning movements in the future, laying a certain foundation for martial arts teaching in the future and establishing self-confidence in learning.
For 14 students who study martial arts broadcast gymnastics heroes, it is in a critical period of growth and development. Their age is characterized by strong imitation and certain innovation ability, but they are generally lazy and have no passion for doing things. Sometimes they dare to express themselves, but there are great differences in sports participation ability and personality hobbies. At the same time, students' understanding of Wushu is only a little knowledge, and most of them come from the performances of martial arts stars on film and television, while ignoring the proper characteristics of Wushu, that is, "learning Wushu first", grasping students' psychological characteristics, stimulating students' interest in learning, starting teaching and infiltrating martial arts education in teaching will have a multiplier effect. However, in the teaching process, students may encounter some common difficulties and problems. For example, in the process of learning, students' movements are not in place, the direction may be confused, and their hands, eyes and feet cannot cooperate well. In view of this common phenomenon of students, targeted teaching methods are adopted to improve the teaching effect.
