2. Reasonable exercise intensity
Girls' endurance is relatively low. When they first come into contact with squats, the exercise intensity should not be too high. If you want to carry a load, start with a small weight, get used to it and then gradually increase it. If you are a novice, you don't need to squat every day, just do it three or four times a week.
3. Correct posture.
When doing squats, prepare yourself first, and the distance between your feet is slightly wider than the shoulder distance. When squatting, start the hip joint first. The lower back must be kept tight and straight, the chest should be forward, the knees should be crouched in the direction of toes, and the back and buttocks should be kept tight all the time.
