I have always been a master trained by exam-oriented education from primary school to university, but only physical education exams will beat me every time.
The purpose of my fitness is to lose weight, which I think is also the purpose of most MM. And the gym is also interested in this business opportunity. I'll just talk about my thoughts one by one. I am the one who failed to lose weight, so everyone should learn from my experience:
1, equipment
Most of MM's equipment is nothing more than treadmills, as well as sit-ups (I don't know the scientific name) and spinning bikes. Personally, I feel that the effect of the equipment will be faster, but it will be a bit boring. If you have money, you can also ask a muscle man's coach to guide you, but he will also sell you some drugs or other auxiliary products that you want to lose weight quickly while guiding you;
2. Aerobic exercise
Basically, this is a compulsory course for most MM, and coaches are available to both men and women. I guess aerobics is compiled by the coach, learning from each other's strengths. I used to be the backbone of the entertainment circle, and I always regret that my mother didn't send me to Xiaohua Art Troupe when I was a child, which ruined my dancing talent. I can go to aerobics and find that this is not the case. To tell the truth, when I went to aerobics for the first time, I found dozens of people in the gym, mostly middle-aged women over 30 years old. Many movements in aerobics were jumping with their hands and feet, which was quite uncoordinated, not to mention those mom-level figures. Only those of us who had a little knowledge could not keep up with the rhythm. This aerobics instructor can't break down movements. After careful explanation, everyone followed the coach to the stage. Sometimes when they are tired of dancing, they will stop and look in the mirror. Just a bunch of demons dancing around. Everyone was red-faced and sweaty, scrambling to get rid of the fat around their waist in the deafening music.
But aerobic boxing is my favorite, especially when I'm in a bad mood. Under the guidance of the coach and the explosive music, I vented all my troubles and depression. In Chongqing forest, there is another way to turn tears into sweat, so sisters exercise together when they are sad and turn tears into sweat.
Step 3 swim
This is my favorite sport, because swimming won't sweat. I don't know whether it is natural fear of heat or underdeveloped sweat glands. I feel very hot every summer, but I just can't sweat a lot. Swimming can be an exercise without sweating. This is killing two birds with one stone. In the past, swimming was simply immersed in water with a swimming ring to cool off the heat. Later, I became an observer in the children's weekly swimming training class. Later, I learned the fairly standard breaststroke by my own cleverness, which is my only sports hobby now. But I just like swimming in the swimming pool, watching the sun shine into the water and relax and float on the water. But when I get to the seaside, I will be extremely nervous and don't like the feeling of choking on salty sea water. But I have always insisted on swimming, but I really haven't lost a pound, and my thin shoulders have become strong. MM who wants to lose weight should choose this sport carefully.
4. Belly dancing
With the increasing richness of material life, the bellies of MM people are also increasingly full, and belly dance in the Middle East is gradually emerging. Personally, if you want to lose a small belly, you must insist on jumping for half an hour every day; However, this kind of dance can really increase femininity, and the whole body twists like a snake, which really enhances the femininity of women;
5.jazz/Latin dance
These two dances are relatively more professional, so it is best to learn them when there are few people, so that the coach will teach each movement carefully and demonstrate it in person, and generally it will not be as simple and repetitive as aerobics, but most of them will be choreographed to increase the interest in learning, and maybe it will be displayed on special occasions in the future. Personally, I think these two projects can't lose weight, but they can definitely improve the quality.
6. Yoga
It is another product, and now it has become a fitness project sought after by white-collar women. I went to two serious classes, probably for physical reasons. After the jump, I remembered four words in martial arts novels-all meridians are broken. Yoga may be really good, but it really doesn't suit me.
7. Ball games/pole dancing
I am an early adopter and a freelancer, so I will try all the courses in the gym. The female coach of aerobics is very strong, which is different from belly dancing, and although the weight of the fitness ball is not heavy, I firmly believe that if I keep close contact with this ball every day, I will definitely turn fat into muscle. There was a steel pipe fever last year, and I took the lead in trying a class. As a result, I found that pole dancing is really technical, so it is not easy for a young lady in the evening show. But I also believe that Jolin Tsai can never lose weight by dancing pole dancing, but if she practices her leg lines well, it will definitely help.
8.badminton
I'm not good at ball games. I was dragged to several games by my friends. Every time I didn't last for 20 minutes, I fell straight down. The most painful thing is the next day, which is described in two words-hemiplegia. There are really no cells in this area.
