What if I can't study hard?
Become self-disciplined

First, set a specific goal. Take fitness as an example, you need to make your goals specific, such as going to bed early and getting up early (going to bed at night 10 and getting up at 6 am) and doing exercise; Practice yoga before going to bed (9 pm ~ 10 pm); Get up and exercise every 1 hour.

Second, push yourself every day. When setting a goal, first ask yourself: No matter how many difficulties you encounter, are you willing to stick to it? After the goal is set, let friends and family supervise themselves; Or supervise yourself to fulfill your commitments through diaries and other forms.

Third, find out your weaknesses and take countermeasures in advance. For example, if you quit smoking, others will hand you cigarettes. People with weak self-control must choose the "without exception" mode, that is, they will quit smoking anytime and anywhere. Reject each other directly every time, and slowly no one will be there.

Make a list of your priorities, and then do it in the following order:

If a person only acts according to his own mood and temporary convenience, he will certainly not succeed, let alone be respected and followed by others. There is a good saying: "There are two indispensable partners to accomplish important tasks: one is planning, and the other is lack of time."

As a leader, your time is quite tight, so it is inevitable to make a plan. If you can figure out what is most important and deliberately get out of other things, you will have enough energy to complete the first task. This is the basic spirit of self-discipline.
