Starting from Hongcaohu Wetland Park in Tianchang City, we passed Qiliqiao, Chuanqiao Reservoir, National Fitness Center, Lipo Village in Xinjie Town and Liang Shi Town, and finally returned to the Wetland Park, creating a strong national fitness atmosphere.

Hongcaohu Wetland Park is located in Xicheng District, Tianchang City, Anhui Province. Since ancient times, it has been a vast beach wetland, where red grass is everywhere, so it is called Hongcao Lake. Red grass is a perennial herb, which is recorded as a specialty of Tianchang in ancient books. Spring is bright green and summer turns yellow. As for autumn and winter, its stems are like fire and velvet flowers are like snow, and its beauty is rare.

Tianchang Zhicaohu Wetland Park belongs to Chengxi Forest Farm, with a total area of about 1.80 million mu. There are more than 80 thousand poplars and Taxodium ascendens in it. The park is surrounded by water, surrounded by dikes on three sides, with Tianchangzhi (built) first-class highway in the south, Baita River in the north, Chuanqiao River in the west, Laochuanqiao River in the east and Laoximen residential area in the city.

Yuan Tian (Chang) Chu (Zhou) Highway (old provincial highway 3 12) runs through Sichuan and divides the park into South Lake and North Lake. The southwest of the park is a newly-opened industrial park, and the southeast is three large residential communities (Garden Community, Mingyuan Community and Ankang Community).
