What's the difference between people who stick to fitness for a long time and those who don't?
There is indeed a difference between long-term fitness and non-fitness, but the difference will not be great. Before my sophomore year, I was a simple chicken who had never been exposed to fitness. After my sophomore year, I began to exercise under the leadership of my roommate. It has been two years since I graduated from my senior year. It's not a long time, but compared with before the second year of high school, I can really feel different from all aspects.

The first and most obvious thing is the difference between body shape and body shape. Before exercise, I was skinny, with thin arms and legs, no ass and no chest. After exercise, I slowly began to have curves. Although I still have no chest, my ass is a little upturned, which seems to be a little curved. People who generally exercise are actually very fit and powerful, and the overall curve will become slimmer, tighter and more aesthetic, which is different from simple thinness. Many people who never exercise have small stomachs or are thin and dry.

The second is physical fitness. I used to get angry when I caught a cold. After a period of fitness, I obviously feel that I won't catch a cold often. People who exercise for a long time do have better physical qualities, such as physical strength and resistance. It is said that the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases will also be greatly reduced. Moreover, people who exercise will pay more attention to diet and sleep, eat less junk food, pay attention to the collocation of meat and vegetables, and stay up late less. These aspects will make people healthier in the long run.

Then there is the look of the whole person. Girls' long-term fitness will really make their complexion better and their skin more delicate. I think it has something to do with sweating often. Regular exercise and sweating will help the body detoxify. After a long time, the pores of the skin will become smaller and the overall color will become very good.

There are others, such as becoming more confident, more persistent, more patient and so on. I think there is a big difference between exercising and not exercising. But there is no need to be too mythical about fitness. There are also many people who never exercise and are in good health, but I personally will always stick to fitness.
